I love this idea of sharing inspiration I've found throughout the Internet. I'm still trying to work out exactly how to go about organizing this, but first I have to start.
I want to share crafts, food, productivity, lifestyle and more from other bloggers and writers around the Web. I'm not sure if it will be a weekly or bi-weekly post, I'm going to wait and see how it works out without putting too many expectations on the project.
Connecting and sharing ideas is one of the main reasons why I blog. To do that, I will link back to the source with a short response of what stood out to me.
I will start here and we'll see where this goes. I hope you enjoy some of these inspiring articles as well.
Muladhara Chakra: A Meditation to Grow Stronger Roots
The Chakras is one yoga aspect that I really identify with. The idea of focusing on the different energies in your body is a way to stay balanced as you go through the chaotic days and week. Being able to stay grounded and present in my life is very important to me. That is why I really enjoyed this Root Chakra Meditation. This is a reminder to take care of myself and grow with strong roots.
Why There Is Nothing Wrong with Being Perfectly Imperfect
by Suzy Turner
Suzy talks about being okay with being perfectly imperfect. I love this idea. Our bodies are always changing -- with age, with seasons, with stress or illness. The best gift you can give yourself is being comfortable in your own skin. I find it so amazing how obsessed we are as a society with how things look on the outside. The most important question is what is happening on the inside. When you have confidence in yourself, anything is possible.

5 Self-Care Tips for When You Are Feeling Depressed
with Eclectic Evelyn
This time of year is hard for me. I don't function well in the cold and darkness that winter brings. I enjoyed reading about difference ways to get out of my funk. Getting fresh air was a big one for me, I don't like being out in the cold, so I tend to stay indoors. I believe I am doing a disservice to myself. If I can connect going out with connecting with others, it would definitely put me in the right direction.

Happiness Is Not Just A Word
by Uppal with You and I
|You and I|
I love how Uppal describes happiness. For a while now, I have realized that happiness is not a destination. We can't get there and stay. It is a feeling, a fleeting emotion, like hunger, anger or sadness. You feel it and then you move on, at least in a healthy environment. Happiness is something we build up to be the scale we set for ourselves, but what is happiness anyway? Uppal offers that happiness is "being honest with oneself," "being better than yesterday," and being "grateful for whatever one has." I believe in these ideals too friend. And I appreciate the reminder to "indulge in positive affirmations for the good of all."

This looks like a fun project that is easy to do and will be festive for St. Patty's Day in a couple of weeks. We love any excuse to paint, especially if we can wear it! I'm looking forward to doing this with my daughter.

Homemade Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe
with Confectionery House
This recipe looks amazing! Peanut Butter and Chocolate anything is a huge hit in our house, so this will be an awesome way to make it ourselves. I still need some practice working with molds, but this looks like a perfect opportunity.
Kahlua and Cream Fudge
|Dizzy Busy and Hungry|
These look absolutely amazing. I seem to be having a sweet tooth moment this week, but I saved this recipe to try soon. I've made peanut butter fudge before and found it not as hard as I thought, so hopefully this will be the same way.
I believe that is a good start. I enjoy keeping track of these finds for myself as well as sharing them with you. I hope you have a wonderful week and keep finding inspiration everyday!
Let me know if any of these stood out for you! I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
